Yes! You should have at least 2 members in your team who can help you execute your projects. Having 1 designer and 1 site supervisor is all you need to get started. While you focus on converting leads, your team can help you with backend work like drawings, 3D designs and site measurements.
While you handle the client interactions and convert projects, we will execute the modular work for you. If the customers require any other services like civil work, painting, false ceiling etc. we would encourage you to take it up independently outside Davinciya scope.
Of course, your team and you will be trained thoroughly so that you can make the most of this partnership! We will introduce you to the Davinciya processes which are our tried and tested methods for success. We will also give you access to our design tool, Experience Centres and library.
